Please arrive early enough to enjoy the steam room and relaxation area. Also, please be ready for your treatment so it may begin on time.
Late Arrivals
Client will receive the balance of their appointment time and be charged full price for their service.CancellationsA 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. A non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment may be charged when no notice is given.
Gift Certificates
Are treated as cash and are non-refundable.They may be used towards spa and salon services and for retail items in our boutique.
Expired Gift Certificates
May be used after the expiration date, however if the price of the service(s) has increased, the redeemer shall pay the difference.You may also choose to use the original dollar amount towards any service(s).
Children
12 years or under are not allowed in the spa. Babysitting is not available. For the consideration and quiet enjoyment of all of our guests, cell phones are not allowed for any reason.This includes the locker rooms. Please complete your calls before entering the spa and leave your cares at the door.

Lockers are provided for your personal items.We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property. Please leave valuables at home.

Are not included in the price of spa treatments or services and may not be added to credit cards.We apologize for any inconvenience.

We encourage you to enjoy the spa amenities. Please remember to drink plenty of water after your treatment(s) and keep activities to a minimum in order to receive the full benefit of your visit.
